1. Activate your SMS after the booking is created
the purpose of this message is to contact as many guests on arrival as possible, therefore we recommend to maintain the settings and send the message without any further conditions
Select Contact for booking and in case you have activated emails and SMS messages you want to send only to guests who do not have email contact, then also select No email address. Keep the remaining filters deactivated.

2. Activate SMS message before arrival
The aim of this report is to focus more on individual guest groups, so there are several options:
Message for reservations from Booking.com and other OTA
Direct booking message
we recommend sending these messages either one day before arrival or on the day of arrival at 8: 00 in the morning
Report for bookings from bookie and other OTA
If you have guests who book accommodation with you via bookie, expeditions, agoda and other OTA, we recommend that you send SMS messages to these guests, as these companies themselves send several marketing emails to your guests and can also remove the links from the emails sent to them from third companies.
To send SMS messages to this guest group, select filters:

Check-in - > Part of registration cards are filled and No registration card is filled
