Few weeks ago, MyStay hit the road!

Pavlina and Marianna traveled all around Slovakia, to visit some of our clients, finally in person! 🤝

Besides being thrilled about meeting so many amazing people – hotel owners, managers and staff members, they couldn’t stop talking about all the locations, picturesque surroundings, beautiful interiors and wonderful service.

Needless to say, instead of traveling to France or Italy, almost all of the colleagues are planning on vacationing in Slovakia this year.

Most of these hotels actively use the complete package –MyStay online check-in, online communication with the guest, #QR promotion, and online #upsell services and we believe that we will soon agree on the implementation of #inroomtablets. 🎉

For example, the definition of a beautiful hotel in Poprad, which is otherwise called a gateway to Tatras National Park. The hotel we are talking about is 4* Boutique Hotel KALIX, run by Mrs. Dagmar Urbanovičová.

Some facts about this hotel:

– is a renovated old townhouse where history combines with modern design
– offers a high standard of services
– the unique atmosphere of the hotel, individual approach to the client, and gastronomy based on local and fresh products will catch your heart

Another one- Hotel Kultúra in Ružomberok, also known as the First Lady of Ružomberok, is a beautiful conference hotel that has been cooperating with us for a year.

However, Hotel Kultúra, under the direction of Mrs. Alena Balková, is not the only one of our clients from the Kubínska family. We also had the opportunity to meet Pavol Baraniak, who is responsible for the operation & sales of the Hotel Park and Hotel Green in the beautiful surroundings of Kubínska Hoľa. 🇸🇰

All in all, this was an amazing trip and we are so happy that all of these hotels are thriving! Partly thanks to the decision to modernize its services and offer guests a service worthy of the 21st century. 😉
